Dolanbrau was the name I gave my brew, and this site was originally going to be homebrew central.
One of these days I'll fire up the kettle again.
I started this site in 1998 near the end of a decent run of homebrewing - I put out about a dozen good batches of beer before some kind of mold took residence in the house, ruining four consecutive recipes and breaking my heart.
